What's Up,

I'm Zay from Speed Of Life - Singer/guitarist and producer. The truth is 6 months ago I barely knew what a blog was and since we've come off the road I'm becoming a bit addicted. Last year I was pent up in the studio behind my Logic Audio interface rewiring in Reason to finish the Speed Of Life Album "Catalyst". Now that I've ventured into the world of promo the blog is the butter b/c I can be so personal. Word of warning: I am crazy and may randomly use sushi as a metaphor.
